報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：

劉占平博士是歐道明大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)系的助理教授（終身教授），他的研究領(lǐng)域包括計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)，科學(xué)的可視化（例如流場(chǎng)可視化和體可視化），信息可視化，并行可視化（作為與科學(xué)可視化的并行計(jì)算的集成），圖像處理和（大）數(shù)據(jù)分析。他工作的主要目標(biāo)是設(shè)計(jì)新的可視化和分析方法，提供了深入洞察潛在的大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)的復(fù)雜模式，探討有效的、高效的和高品質(zhì)的圖像的快速生成算法，并開發(fā)交互式可視化分析系統(tǒng)來解決現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中的應(yīng)用。
